In the album "Secession in Bydgoszcz" we read: "The tenement house at number 8, built in 1912, together with the neighboring one at number 10, is characterized by a modernist style with Art Nouveau details, such as panels with flower garlands and cabochons. (...) The building at the then Petersonstrasse 13 (Obrońców Bydgoszczy 6) (...) is characterized by an asymmetrical, modernist facade with elegant, antique-style architectural details and Art Nouveau details, such as masks on the balcony balustrades."„
