The provisions of the Act of 20 May 2021 on the protection of the rights of purchasers of residential premises or single-family houses and the Developer Guarantee Fund do not apply to the offered commercial premises, in particular the funds paid by the Purchaser for the performance of the contract are not covered by the protection provided for in the said Act, i.e. they are not paid into a housing escrow account and are not covered by the Developer Guarantee Fund.
